HARBOUR COVE MARINA POOL

The Harbour Cove Marina Pool is open to all slip tenants of Harbour Cove in both the North and South Basins, on a limited first come, first serve basis. The pool is located at the South Basin, next to Doc's Restaurant and the Marina office. Three types of memberships are available. Please complete this application, read and sign the Pool Rules, your submission will be reviewed & the manager will be in contact with you.

If you return your fool fob at the end of each season, you will not be charged for a fob the following season. If you do not return your pool fob at the end of the season, you will be charged $10 per fob the following season

NOTE: GUESTS - Limit 2 per membership. The Marina reserves the right to limit days and times when no guests are admitted. Guests must be accompanied by member at pool at all times. Guests must register at sign-in area.

A Guest is defined as someone who visits Harbour Cove Marina once or twice during the seasons

POOL RULES

Pool tags must be worn while in the pool area. NO EXCEPTIONS

Members must accompany their guests at the pool and sign them in. (Limit 2 guests per membership).
NO floats, balls or toys are allowed in the pool area.
NO pets are allowed in the pool area.
NO jumping or diving into the pool.
NO running or pushing in the pool area.
NO bicycles are allowed in the pool area.
NO shoes of any kind are to be worn on the pool apron.
NO food or beverages permitted near the pool.
NO alcoholic beverages permitted near the pool.
(Anyone under the influence of intoxicants will be asked to leave the pool).

NO GLASS OF ANY KIND IS PERMITTED IN THE POOL AREA. THIS INCLUDES WATER GOGGLES.

Showers must be taken before entering the pool.
Children not toilet trained are not permitted in the pool.
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All trash must be disposed of in containers provided.
No person will be permitted to enter the pool if his/her health does not warrant such entry. This rule applies to colds, skin
irritations, etc, or any communicable ailment or disease.
SUNBATHERS, please spread a towel to prevent tanning oils from damaging the lounges and chairs.

I UNDERSTAND THE ABOVE GUIDELINES AND CONDITIONS AS NOTED FOR THE HARBOUR COVE MARINA POOL FOR ALL FAMILY MEMBERS/GUESTS SHALL ABIDE BY THE POSTED RULES AND REGULATIONS AND THOSE-ESTABLISHED AS NECESSARY FROM TIME TO TIME FOR THE WELFARE OF ALL MEMBERS.
